A little bit about me ....

i am blessed to be at this place in my life where I get to practice something I love, something that gives me great peace and is both spiritually & personally rewarding.

it has been a wonderful journey which has awakened and enlightened me.

First of all I would like to share that my Reiki lineage is to Dr. Mikao Usui (founder of Reiki).

I have also completed certificates in many other energy modalities through THE ASHATI INSTITUTE (listed below).

My background is in Teaching. I completed a Diploma of Primary Teaching at the Australian Catholic Univesity in 1991 and taught at many schools in Melbourne.

I married in 1993 and began my family in 1998, fulfilling my most important role in my life, the reason for my path into Reiki, to be my best self and to role model a spiritually driven life.

In the years in between my teaching career and learning Reiki I committed myself to being fully present at home until my children started primary school. I then moved into part time work until they completed high school.

My husband and I built up our family business where I undertook the role of legal administrator & assistant, which i did until recent years. This was and still is a great source of pride for me, something we built together but also reflects our compassion for others in advocating for those who need assistance.I suppose social justice, compassion and spirituality are deeply entwined. To be one's best self in service of others.

once my children started studies in their own careers at university and my my husbands practice grew I began to search for something of my own to grow on my own journey.

At first, it was for my own healing, having experienced episodes of anxiety at different stages in my life through struggles and sufferings of life. I began reading self help & growth books & speaking with like minded people. I realised a lot of my anxiety was based on fear and unhealed trauma.

Once I let Reiki energy healing into my life I began to heal, and to heal my loved ones. That's where the journey began and the realisation and understanding that this was my souls purpose.

I acknowledged that I have always been an empath, not too sensitive as I was described all my life. I began to trust in my intuition, realising that I didn't need to know how I knew something, just that I know. A great inner strength arose from this.

Understanding Ego & Soul and knowing the difference. This lead to a full circle back to my teaching. I wanted to share my knowledge & skills so that others could lead a more peaceful and fulfilled life. To live in the NOW, to be your best self and to make choices for your higher good .

As a side hobby I also started up a candle making business with my daughter in 2020. I love aromatherapy and wanted to make custom candles and room sprays using essential oils for my clients as an enhancement for mindfulness and meditation. We sold our candles to many local businesses , clients, family, friends and the iconic St. Kilda Esplanade Sunday Market.

This brings me to the Now, the present moment. I have reached my goal of opening up a Wellness Centre after many years operating in a shared space, a small room , I now have my Sacred Space with more room for expanding services. I can heal and teach in a tranquil and safe space. I am in the process of planning growth, to invite other healers and allied services to share their gifts with all. Modalities such as yoga,sound healing, group healings, women's circles,art therapy meditations and more.

I feel truly blesses to have reachedthis point in my journey and to share all my knowledge so that others can find their path and inner piece. I feel blessed to be a channel of healing for others.

It is a life long journey. i am always learning and my thirst for knowledge and connecting with like minded energy is infinite. I incorporate everyhting I read and learn, sharing always....

Each Healing is unique, it is a personal well being experience. it integrates spiritual guidance, an energy healing, meditation, sound and crystal healing, reflection, a tarot or oracle card reading and i then follow up to support growth and healing.

I am on this journey for all my days....

We are constantly evolving.
